Psychotherapists who seek to understand all of you, not just your symptoms.

Soileau Partners Psychotherapy was founded on the belief that healing spaces should be rooted in relationships, guided by curiosity, and designed for care. Weekly sessions give us time to notice emotions as they surface, trace them back to lived experience, and understand what is being expressed through our patterns and behaviors. Our goal is to collaboratively explore and develop insight into the presenting symptoms and lived experiences that initially bring you in. Over time, insights gather, self-critique softens, and a steadier self begins to emerge.

Our practice is intentionally designed to invite the kind of relaxation needed for deep work. Gentle music, soft textiles, and amber lighting soothe the senses. Aromatic teas, specialty coffee, and curated snacks bring comfort. Our discreet practices protect privacy for public figures and private citizens alike. Here, you’ll find a hospitality-led space where you can be fully heard and thoughtfully challenged – never rushed, never boxed in.

Soileau Partners Psychotherapy

Husband-and-wife team Jon and Danielle Soileau opened Soileau Partners Psychotherapy in 2020 to reunite the bedside manner of an old-school family doctor with modern psychodynamic care.

Their boutique practice inside the historic Stilwell Building now hosts a small team of psychotherapists and hand-picked clinical interns, all of whom share a common ethos: stay compassionately curious, honor individuality, and emphasize genuine presence.

Ongoing collaboration with physicians, universities, and fellow clinicians ensures continuity when life’s complexities call for a broader circle of support.

The Soileau Experience

Depth with discipline

Manuals and mood charts have their place; our work goes further and deeper – into memory, meaning, and the unspoken rules that keep symptoms alive.

Comfort by design

Relaxation lowers defenses. From warming teas to dimmed sconces, every detail invites the body to relax so the mind can wander without inhibition.

Privacy you can feel

Staggered appointments, private suite, and thoughtfully designed relaxing spaces make high-profile clients, couples, and families feel safely tucked away.

Relational to the core

The therapist-client relationship itself is treatment: steady, curious, and honest enough for buried stories to breathe while we rewrite how you connect.
