I work with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and a variety of relationship issues.

Every human has a unique story filled with experiences, life events, and traumas that shape who we are. Life, at times, can be challenging and overwhelming, and it’s okay not to be OK. An empathic and curious ear helps provide an understanding of how your experiences have shaped you and how to learn to progress by knowing the most authentic version of yourself. 

If you are facing a new crisis or feeling stuck in your past, therapy can be a valuable tool to make long-term changes. Together we can partner in the therapeutic process and build a therapeutic relationship while collaborating on addressing your needs and goals. I believe a positive therapeutic relationship is foundational to a successful therapy journey. To begin, we will discover what treatment model works best for you, whether it be Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or Dialectical Therapy (DBT).

 I provide a safe environment for you to be vulnerable without worry of judgment. I look forward to being alongside you on this journey.

I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Missouri Kansas City and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Avila University.  

I am under the supervision of Danielle Soileau at Soileau Partners Psychotherapy in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri.
