Qualifications
• Detail-oriented, attuned, aware of transference and countertransference, and curious about details of patients with attention to personality patterns, symptom patterns, and mental functioning.
• Graduate degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field (Master, Ph.D., PsyD, MD, etc.).
• Must have a State of Missouri License (CIT, PLPC, LPC, etc.).
• Must have current professional liability insurance coverage.
• Must have current NPI and be registered as a provider with CAQH.
• Committed to ethical values and principles and able to integrate them into clinical services.
• Excellent communication skills - effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to establish rapport with patients and foster a healthy therapeutic alliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under the supervision of licensed counselors.
• Willingness to receive constructive feedback and demonstrate personal and professional growth.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with patients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents promptly.
Responsibilities
• Schedule, participate in new patient consultations, and manage individual patient appointment scheduling.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, according to organizational policy.
• Provide compassionate patient-centered service and collaborate with a relational community of talented practitioners.
• Prepare and submit documentation for individual sessions per our organization's guidelines and policies.

• 1099 position - Compensation is competitive at $45-$112 per session, with an average annual salary range of $75,000-$175,000 for full-time clinicians.
